The National FFA Organization is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of young people by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education. FF A prepares students for successful careers and a lifetime of informed choices in the global agriculture, food, fiber, and natural resources systems.
Requirements: After school activities including leadership workshops, Career Development Event training, competitions, fundraising, etc. are a critical component of being an ACTIVE member of the FFA. FFA members will be required to attend the majority of the above after school activities. Transportation must be provided by your parents, grandparents, etc! Students must be enrolled in an agricultural education course at McGee's (either 1st or 2nd semester) in order to participate in state Career Development Events.
